Call for BSP Nominations 2021

The Global CCS Institute has called for nominations to two vacancies on the Board Selection Panel (‘BSP’). The BSP is convened in accordance with the Company’s Constitution with the key responsibility being to consider candidates for appointment as Directors to serve on the governing Board of the Global CCS Institute. The BSP meets at the request of the Board when a Director vacancy has been determined. 


The closing date for nominations is 24 September 2021 (11.59pm Australian Eastern Standard Time). If required, elections for the BSP will be held in accordance with the Election Rules, with results announced on the Members’ Portal on 29 November 2021. Legal representatives have received a notification providing all the nomination details and further information is available to Institute Members via the Members’ Portal.
