CCS Policy for a Net-Zero Future  


On 21 May, the Global CCS Institute concluded its highly attended CCS 101 Webinar Series with its third and final installment, “CCS Policy for a Net-Zero Future.” This webinar featured the Chief of Staff of the DOE’s Office of Fossil Energy and three other CCS experts from leading DC NGOs.



     

Innovate4Climate: Funding Climate Technology and Securing a Net-Zero Future

In partnership with the International Finance Corporation, the Institute hosted a webinar at the World Bank Group’s Innovate4Climate (I4C) event on 26 May. The webinar featured experts from the EU Commissions, the IFC, the DOE and the World Bank.

EU Green Week – Supporting Europe’s 2050 Climate Targets through CCS

On 2 June, the Institute hosted a webinar in collaboration with the Zero Emissions Platform (ZEP) as part of EU Green Week. Discussions focused on the key role CCS will play in Europe’s industrial transition towards net-zero greenhouse gas emissions.
